Smile for Good Award

“Sorriso do Bem” (Smile for Good) is Turma do Bem`s most anticipated award- a great event honoring those volunteers, companies, schools and journalists who have had outstanding performances in the Dentista do Bem (Dentist for Good) project along the year.
 
Turma do Bem promotes this event every year in a special weekend with a refresher and integration course to value and improve the work done by our regional coordinators all over Brazil. The events ends up with Sorriso do bem (Smile for Good), the evening award celebration, with lots of surprises, a homage and a warm welcome to new volunteers in the project.

During the year there is a follow up of the participants’ actions through reports, documents and results which are sent to us. They are assessed through a series of criteria and define the winners in the following categories: Best Regional Coordinators, Coordinator of the Year, Best Voluntary Dentists, Best Schools that have collaborated, School of the Year, Volunteers of the Year, Best Partner Companies, Best Odontological Partner Companies and Press (Imprensa do Bem).
 
In the end, awards are given to 5 odontological companies, 5 partner companies, 5 schools, 5 press partners, 5 volunteers, 5 regional coordinators, 5 dentists and 3 other surprise awards.
